Our workshops bring together small groups of around 10–15 people in a relaxed and welcoming environment to create their own hand-made bouquets under the guidance of an experienced florist, with no previous experience necessary. Alongside learning practical floristry skills, sessions are delivered within a therapeutically informed atmosphere designed to encourage creativity, mindfulness, connection and emotional wellbeing, offering people the opportunity to slow down, be present and enjoy a calming shared experience through flowers.
What We're About At Therapy and Flowers
CALM
Step away from the noise and settle into the stillness of the present moment. A space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation.
CREATIVITY
Allow yourself to create freely, without perfection or performance. Through flowers, colour, and hands-on expression, reconnect with curiosity, play, and the joy of making something just for you.
CONNECTION
Connect with yourself and others in a warm, welcoming space. Share moments, conversations, and experiences that remind you you’re not alone in needing softness, support, and community.

Wellness Focused
At Therapy and Flowers, we create spaces that nurture calm, creativity, and connection. Through therapeutic floral workshops and mindful experiences, we invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore wellbeing in a way that feels grounding, gentle, and meaningful.

About Us
Welcome to Therapy and Flowers
This page was created by a therapist (Sam) and a florist (Sas) who wanted to bring together two things we genuinely love: wellbeing and floristry.
The idea came from a lot of conversations about how important small things can be. Slowing down. Feeling connected. Having creative spaces to switch off for a while. Being around people who make you feel comfortable enough to just be yourself.
We’re still at the very beginning, but we’re excited to share workshops, flowers, ideas, conversations and the process of building something meaningful together.
Thanks for being here from day one 🩷
Love,
Sam & Sas
